Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids, but unfortunately can not accommodate them at the venue. Hoping parents are able to take advantage of a weekend away!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any allergies in your RSVP so that we can let the chef know ahead of time!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to start at 4:30pm, the venue asks that guests do not arrive sooner than 4pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are in the same location, and there is parking, but its limited so please let us know if you plan to bring a car in your RSVP so we can ensure everyone has an easy experience!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is transportation from the Holiday Inn Durham to the venue, starting at 3:50pm until 12:30am. The Holiday Inn is just a six minute ride away, so the vans will be going back and forth throughout the night as needed.
