Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Simple and chic. Anything western formal, or your Easter Sunday best. FLORALS and PASTELS highly encouraged! Photos for guest attire ideas are posted under the gallery (photos) tab.

What is parking like?

Answer

There should be parking attendants there to guide you, but if not, there will be clear signs posted directing where to park. Parking will be behind the reception barn in the grass. WARNINGS: Parking may be tight, please pay close attention and be aware of the surroundings so that you do not accidentally block someone else's vehicle/prevent others from getting out or in.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

It is recommended that guests arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins, as it will be starting promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive with enough time to park, make your way to the ceremony, and find a seat.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we both love your little ones very much, this is an adults only occasion with an exception to certain family members over 12. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We have paid for a smaller, more intimate ceremony, meaning we have a very limited amount of guests allowed. Only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Whole families and plus ones will appear when you RSVP.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather is very unpredictable in Florida. Typically around this time it is in the 60s at night and 70 to 80s during the day. It will most likely be humid as well. If it does rain, there is a plan b and everything will be moved into the barn.

Do we need to bring anything?

Answer

There will be a table with a card box at the reception if you would like to bring a card. There will be a qr code as well for guests to be able to donate to the honeymoon fund.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

At the moment we do not have any hotel blocks booked, but we do have a recommended hotel under our travel tab!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Our wedding will be a dry event with no alcohol served. We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available.. including a make your own soda or lemonade bar.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! An announcement will be made to all guests before the ceremony begins as a reminder.

Question

What if I don't like to dance, what can I do?

Answer

That is perfectly okay! We are not much of dancers either. Just upstairs in the loft of the barn, we will have a few decks of cards and a couple board games for guests to play. We will also have corn-hole boards located outside. We only ask that you put everything back when you are finished with it.
