If you RSVP'd with a gluten/wheat/dairy allergy or are vegetarian, we have accounted for that and arranged for your meals to be separate from our dinner stations. Please ask the catering staff for the alternative meal when dinner opens.
If you are driving to the venue, the Cork Factory Garage is right across the street at 2350 Railroad St. Street parking is also available and is free after 6pm.
Yes, the shuttle will begin running from the hotel to the venue at 5:15. The shuttle will begin making return trips to the hotel from the venue at 9pm and go back and forth approximately every 15 minutes.
Our family and out of town friends are invited to join us at Aslin Beer Co. in the Strip District Terminal (1801 Smallman St.) starting at 7:30pm on Friday, 10/27. We will have light bites available.
Cocktail hour will start at 5:30 with dinner stations opening around 6:45pm. Dessert will be open at 8pm along with the dance floor opening until 10:30pm!
We want everyone to mingle as much as possible, so there is no assigned seating. Everyone is welcome to help themselves to the dinner stations as they please and sit anywhere they'd like while they eat. There will be plenty of seating available for all of our guests!
