What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by Saturday, September 20th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs missed after September 20th will be marked as a 'No' as we will be sending our final headcount after this deadline - you will be missed!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As we wished to include all who are most special to us, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. All attendees have been invited by name. When you go to RSVP on the website, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we cannot accommodate children at our wedding. The venue has limited space and is not very child-friendly. We appreciate you making childcare arrangements ahead of time, and we hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the evening with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Cocktail Attire. We encourage guests to wear suits, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits. No jeans, please. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the brides.

How can I book through the hotel block?

Answer

Visit the 'Travel' tab on this site and click the link underneath Hampton Inn and Suites - Cazenovia. We recommend reserving your room ASAP to ensure that you will not have trouble securing a room later! There is no cost to hold your room currently, and there is FREE cancellation until 24 hours prior to check-in.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There are only guaranteed parking spots at the Brae Loch for those staying at the Inn. There is a decent amount of street parking near the venue, however, if you choose to drive. We recommend guests staying at the Hampton utilize our shuttle option. Guests staying at the Brewster or Lincklaen boutique inns may also walk approximately 5 minutes to the venue.

What is the schedule for the day?

5:00pm - Ceremony 5:30pm - Cocktail Hour 6:30pm - Reception/Dinner

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors under a (heated, if needed) tent, followed by an indoor reception downstairs.

How does ceremony seating work?

Answer

Seating is first come, first served. The very front rows will be reserved for immediate family and bridal party members.

Can we take our own pictures and videos?

Answer

Our ceremony will be 100% unplugged - we ask that all phones and cameras be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken. This is such a special day for us that we'd always like to remember, and we have an amazing photographer to document the day. We encourage you to take it all in and be in the moment with us! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos after the ceremony.

Where should we send/bring our gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! You are welcome to view our registry on this site. A wedding card box will also be available at the reception.
