Q&A's

The Wedding Website of Emily Esters and Luke O'Halloran
We've tried to cover everything, but if you have any other questions not addressed here, please let us know!
Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place on Monday, June 15th 2026 at the beautiful Glen Magna Farms, in Danvers Massachusetts. The address is 29 Ingersoll St, Danvers, MA. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm, with cocktail hour and reception to follow. Guests are encouraged to arrive as early as 2:30pm, and enjoy a welcome refreshment.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

As mentioned, our ceremony will begin right at 3:00pm, so please arrive with enough time to park (ample parking available on site) and find a seat, or you unfortunately could miss out on our ceremony. We encourage you to arrive as early as 2:30 to enjoy some refreshing drinks and mingle before taking your seats.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by May 1st or earlier. You can do this through the RSVP tab above. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend and will have to plan accordingly.

Question

Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outdoors. The reception will be tented, but the ceremony and cocktail hour will be in open gardens (in the case of rain the ceremony and cocktail hour will be under the same reception tent). Paths will be gravel in between grass, so please make sure to dress accordingly!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage our guests to dress colorful and in formal attire, termed as "Garden Party Formal" for a fun, summer celebration! Most importantly, please dress in something you’re comfortable and confident in, please don't feel the need to buy anything new, and neutrals are great as well! As addressed, the wedding will be entirely outdoors and will have gravel paths so dress accordingly for that as well. Question

Where can I park upon arrival?

Answer

On-site parking is directly available with plenty of space, just follow directions to 29 Ingersoll Street, Danvers, MA.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you so much! If you are unable to attend our wedding, please make sure to still indicate this on our RSVP tab on this website so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are keeping our wedding intimate, so are only able to accommodate those guests listed on your wedding invitation and RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the processional begins, we ask that all phones are put away and silenced (as well as any cameras put away). Our officiant will announce one opportunity to take your own photo with the bride and groom at the altar, but otherwise please respect our request! We want everyone to be fully present with us, and for our photographer & videographer to not have any obstructions to get their shots! We will be happy to share their photos! Other than the ceremony, take as many photos as you'd like!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love the little ones in our life, so if your invitation is addressed to your family, and not just your individual names, then we'd love for you to bring them along! Otherwise, we encourage you to use the event as a fun night for yourself!
