Please book through our hotel block https://hil.tn/vre67p as soon as possible so that we can add an additional block if needed. The final day to book through our hotel block is July 20, 2026. If you prefer to book over the phone, you can do so by mentioning code KTW. Please note that the hotel block defaults to both Thursday and Friday night. However, you can book for one night by deselecting the unwanted date on the booking page. While there are other hotels and Airbnbs in the area, we will only be providing transportation to and from the venue for those staying at the DoubleTree.

Flight

Recommended Airports: JFK, EWR or LGA

NYC will have the best flight flexibility and availability. From the city, you can take the Metro-North train from Grand Central Station to Poughkeepsie and then you will be a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Other airport options that are closer to the venue are SWF or HPN, but will likely require layovers.
