When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 1, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘Will Not Attend’. We need to provide our venue with a total headcount in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!

What should I do if i cannot make it?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Will NOT Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’ed “Attending”, but find that you cannot make it. Please notify Luke or Emily as soon as you are aware.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Westwood Vowery & Estate in Westfield, Indiana. All events will be held indoors.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for the big day! The dress code is formal (black tie optional). For women we are requesting floor length dresses in pastel colors & patterns (yellows, greens, blues, and pinks). For men we are encouraging linen or seersucker suits in tans, greens, and blues. What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM EST. Please plan to arrive around 4:30pm to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your name will be made out to “(Your Name)” & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking located onsite at the venue! You are also allowed to leave your cars parked until 9am the next day (5/17)! Please make it home safe!
