Dress Code: Formal Garden Party For the ladies: Think bright colours and florals, midi or floor length dresses. The ceremony and canapés will take place on the grass so avoid stilettos! For the gentlemen: Suits with tie optional

We want everyone to be able to fully relax and enjoy the day with us, so this will be an adults-only celebration. If you have a baby under one who’s not quite ready to be apart from mum and dad for the night, please reach out to Emily or Liam, and we’ll be happy to discuss.

What time can we arrive?

For those staying on-site: Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, but you’re welcome to arrive as early as 12:00 PM to enjoy the facilities. Feel free to pet some of the farm animals, take a dip in the pool, have a game of tennis, or grab lunch at the restaurant while you wait for your room to be ready. For guests using the buses: A timetable will be shared about a month before the big day, detailing your specific pickup time. For those driving themselves: Please aim to arrive no later than 4:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

How do the busses work?

If you're staying within 30 minutes of Flowerdale Estate, please let us know on your RSVP if you'll need to use the complimentary bus, and be sure to include your accommodation address. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide buses for those staying further than 30 minutes away, and there will be no bus service from Melbourne. Once we’ve gathered all addresses, we’ll post the bus timetable on our website (under the 'Travel' section) about a month before the big day. Buses will pick everyone up from their accommodations in time for the ceremony, and will depart Flowerdale Estate for the return trip at 11:45 PM.

What's happening Sunday?

For those staying with us on-site, we’d love to see you at breakfast on Sunday morning at Flowerdale. The buffet will be available from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM (before check-out at 10:00 AM), and it's included in your accommodation package. For everyone else—especially those staying off-site—we'd love to have you join us for an early lunch at the Yarra Valley Grand Hotel in Yarra Glen at 11:30 AM. We hope this timing and location works well for those heading back to Melbourne, as well as to Warragul. For those needing to get home, we’re sorry we’ll miss you on Sunday, but we can't wait to plan a private catch-up soon!

Should I bring a gift?

We would be so touched to receive a heartfelt card in our Wishing Well as a keepsake of our special day. While gifts are absolutely not necessary, any contributions in the cards will be gratefully appreciated by those who wish to give.
