What time should I be there?

Check-in for the train ride is at 12:30 PM. Please arrive early to allow ample check-in time for all of the guests!

Please RSVP as soon as you can! We need to deliver final headcount by September 1st.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have decided to keep our guest list very small and intimate, to make the most time with our closest loved ones. Please only bring those addressed on your invitation! And when in doubt, just ask Emily or Kyle.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let Emily or Kyle know about any dietary restrictions by the RSVP deadline and we will do everything we can to accommodate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please park at the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad venue. We will take the train to the ceremony location in the forest; there is no road access or parking there. The reception will be held at the railroad venue picnic area.

How do I check in for the train?

Answer

There is a check-in station at the venue right between the railroad and the large gift shop; you can’t miss it! Tell them you are there for the Kyle & Emily wedding. We have reserved two full train cars: one smaller one for the bridal party and one larger one for the rest of our guests. The railroad staff will be able to direct you to your train car.
