We're Getting Married!

They say being friends before dating is the key to a long and happy relationship. Well, we had worked together four years before deciding to date. A few dad jokes later and a little push, we finally took our friendship to a relationship. After only 5 months we knew this was the real thing. We had both found “our person.” We ventured into a couple jewelry shops before finding the perfect set of rings. Not expecting an immediate proposal, we just carried on like normal. One day we had a weekend ferry date planned and Keylee had secretly arranged for those closest to us to be there as well. Keylee had planned the day with the owner and their band. Once we arrived they played music and Keylee got down on one knee. Our friends and family that were there all had printed signs that said “Say Yes!” After indeed saying yes, the band played our song and we danced in front of the whole ferry.
