FAQs

Below are some answers to questions you might have—think of this as your go-to guide for all things wedding weekend. If there's anything we missed, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by February 21, 2026. Your timely response helps us finalize all the fun details—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your invitation/RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so we kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, seating, and settling in. We don’t want you to miss a moment!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

On our wedding website, click the “RSVP” tab in the navigation menu. Enter your first and last name exactly as it appears on your invitation. If you're RSVP-ing for multiple guests (like a spouse or children), just enter the name listed for your group, and you’ll be able to respond for everyone. For each event (Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception) select “Will Attend” or “Will Not Attend” for each person listed and click Next Event or Submit RSVP. If you have any trouble finding your name or using the site, please reach out to us!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Think dressy with a relaxed Florida twist! Since we're celebrating in sunny Florida in the spring, lightweight fabrics and cheerful colors are perfect. Ladies might choose knee-length or midi dresses in soft pastels or floral prints. For men, we suggest dress pants with a button-down shirt — jackets and ties are optional but welcome! Please dress comfortably for warm weather and outdoor elements.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with the reception held indoors. We recommend dressing comfortably for the Florida spring weather!

Question

Can I take Photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and enjoy the moment with us. Don’t worry—we’ll have a professional photographer capturing it all! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

During cocktail hour and reception, there will be a selection of beer, wine, and signature cocktails. The bar will also be stocked with a variety of non-alcoholic options, including soda, juice, and bottled water.

Question

Is parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking will be available on-site for all guests. If you're taking a rideshare, drop-off and pick-up will be easy and accessible as well.
