Kevin and Emily met on a dating app called Tinder in July of 2014. Their first date was put putting at Great Times followed by dinner at Olive Garden. First dates are obviously very awkward, especially one where you met that person online. Neither of them knew it yet, but they had found their forever person. At the time, Emily was working 3 jobs and Kevin was just starting summer football practices at Ball State. They had decided not to pursue anything because they were both so busy. Months went by as they lived their own lives, until one night on September 20th. Emily had gone to Ball State to visit some friends, where she ran into Kevin on campus. After reconnecting and realizing that they didn't want to let each other go again, they started officially dating a week later on September 27th, 2014. After 5 1/2 years, Kevin proposed during the Coronavirus pandemic in front of 10 of Emily's closest friends and their parents. They cannot wait to share their special day with their most loved friends and family on March 19, 2021!
