Bus #1 arrives at 3:25 at TownPlace Suites Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg, 4915 Ritter Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA. Load and depart by 3:40 to Liberty Forge. Bus #2 arrives at 3:25 at Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg/West Hershey Area, 5001 Ritter Rd Mechanicsburg, PA. Load and depart by 3:40 to Liberty Forge. **Both buses return back to each hotel for a second shuttle. Load and depart by 4:25. Transport guests to Liberty Forge. —At 9:45pm buses start loading guests to depart by 10:00 PM, for the first return shuttle from the venue to each hotels. Both buses load, each bus returns back to same hotel that was picked up from. Return to Liberty Forge at 11:00 PM for last shuttle
