We're so excited to Celebrate with you!

We met through our mutual friend, Elisabeth. She told us both about the other and Kelly friend requested Emily on Facebook. Kelly messaged Emily and chatted for a bit and decided to meet up for a first date. Our first time meeting was at Charleston Falls in Tipp City. Kelly wanted to show her the beautiful falls which ended up being no falls at all when we got there, completely dry. We had a good laugh but enjoyed the rest of park and had great conversation, getting to know one another. We ended up going to get dinner afterwards and the day was perfect as we went back to watch a movie. We both knew we liked each other but one (Emily) was more undecided than the other but in the end, it was meant to be a fairytale ending. We spent the last year, finding out and understanding one another with lots of trips and memories. In June I mentioned to Elisabeth that I wanted to surprise her a year later at the same Park we met, by asking her to marry me. It was not the smoothest of days and with a lot of help, the day could not have been any more perfect. I had a table and 2 chairs set up along a trail with lights, wine, pizza (a place she always wanted), and what she thought was a Birthday gift. When we got to the table, I pulled out the ring and she said YES!
