Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal dress is encouraged. See above for examples.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can arrive as early as they would like. You are free to explore the property, take photos, or grab a drink. The pub will be open starting at 3pm. Guests should plan to be seated by 4:45pm. For those staying overnight: Check-in for those staying at Glasbern begins at 4pm. Check-in for those staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites begins at 3pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please indicate any allergies on your RSVP. All meals are cooked to order and the chef is happy to cater to any dietary restrictions.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do not have a registry. Contributions to the honeymoon fund are welcome.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Only children who are in the wedding party will be attending. The venue has restrictions and does not allow guests under 18 years of age.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are multiple parking lots on site to accommodate all guests. The venue also has a small complimentary shuttle for those who have difficulty walking around the property, just let us know if you would need it!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided between Fairfield Inn & Suites Allentown West and Glasbern Inn. Please try to avoid waiting for the last shuttle. For those arriving early, the pub at Glasbern will be open at 3:00 PM. Continuous Shuttle Times: 3:00 - 5:00 PM 9:30 - 11:30 PM Uber and Lyft service is also readily available in the area.
