As we are getting married during the “peak” fall season, securing hotel room blocks at reasonable rates has been a bit of a challenge. Because room rates are significantly higher this time of year, we encourage guests to consider home or cabin rentals as an alternative to traditional hotels. Anywhere within the map area above would be great location-wise.
If you plan on renting a cabin, we recommend checking out websites such as blueridgerentals.com and carolinacabinrentals.com. Many of their properties are also listed on Airbnb and VRBO, but booking directly through their websites often provides a sizable discount.
We also strongly encourage you to book your accommodations as soon as possible. Availability fills up quickly, and prices tend to increase the longer you wait (especially considering App State may have a home game this weekend).

We recommend all guests coming from out of town to fly into Charlotte-Douglas Airport. Boone is about an hour and a half drive from Charlotte so a car will be needed.

I would recommend using this as a last resort for booking! We are also trying to obtain another room block so check back for updates!
