Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 30th.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle bus will be available for guests staying at the Residence Inn for transportation to the 5:30 p.m. ceremony. The 38-person bus will make two rounds at the following times. We encourage those interested in taking the bus to be ready in the lobby at the first pickup time to ensure everyone can be accommodated. Pickup Times at Residence Inn: First pickup: 4:35 p.m. Second pickup: 5:00 p.m.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be seated by 5:15. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We recommend metered street parking on Beacon St. and surrounding neighborhood streets if you plan to drive to the ceremony. Several private garages and lots are available for the reception, including one in Bower, the apartment complex where Eastern Standard is located.

Question

Is there transportation from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, we will have a shuttle bus available to bring guests to the reception. This service is primarily intended for immediate family and those who may need extra assistance. We kindly encourage those who are able to consider alternative transportation options so the shuttle remains available for those who need it most. The reception venue is about 0.8 miles from the ceremony site — roughly a 5-minute Uber/Lyft or a 15-minute walk. For public transit, please take the C Line from Kent Street to Saint Mary’s Street.
