TRANSPORTATION
We have reserved two shuttles to pick guests up at the Hampton Inn & Suites hotel (located next to the Homewood Suites by Hilton) to take to the venue departing at 4:30pm. There will be additional shuttles after the reception to transport guests back to the hotels every hour beginning at 9:45pm. Please note - because of distance, Ubers will not travel to pick guests up from the venue at the end of the night.
PARKING
For those driving, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. Please note - there is about a 1 mile stretch of gravel road leading up to the venue.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved hotel blocks at both the Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg and Homewood Suites by Hilton. There are also several other hotels in the area.
