FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3pm for a 3:30pm ceremony start.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

No, you will need to make your own way to the venue, the easiest way to get to the venue is by taxi. If you are planning to get public transport to the venue you may need to look at the bus timetables once out in Ibiza.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by the 7th June so we are able to give our planner and the venue our final numbers.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, there is no dress code as such but we do ask guests to wear formal summer-wear. We can't wait to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day. Men, we do ask that suit jackets are worn for the ceremony as this looks nicer for photos. We are happy for men to wear beige suits as this is very destination wedding vibes but we request if you can avoid wearing a 3 piece beige suit as we would like Josh as the rest of his groomsmen to look different to everyone else.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors with views of the sea in the background. Hopefully (fingers crossed) the Spanish sun is shining away with it being warm temperatures. There is an shaded area of seating during the ceremony, so if you do struggle sitting in the sun we suggest you sit there. The ceremony will take approximately half hour. We will move indoors later on in the day to have dinner to have a break from the sun and the evening entertainment will continue outside until 11pm. We do need to move the party back inside after 11pm due to Spanish laws however the inside area does have air con.

Question

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask quests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as we wish for it to be 'unplugged'. We would love for everyone to be fully present and for our fabulous photographer to capture the best photos. However once the ceremony is over please please take as many pictures as you wish and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for an hour and a half during the evening as our way of saying thank you for travelling out to Ibiza to celebrate us getting married. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you ;)

Question

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is enough for us, we really do appricate you coming out to Ibiza to help us celebrate!! However if you insist a gift is worth giving, there will be a card box available at the venue.
