Josh and Emily were brought together thanks to the magic of the internet. Three weeks and separate $50 subscriptions to Farmers Only.com (no joke) was all it took. That and the kickoff of Corona in March of 2020, which freed up Emily's social calendar and work obligations considerably! She was able to spend more and more time on the farm with Josh and his daughter Teresa, planting gardens and cooking elaborate meals, just like she promised Josh she would on the first date...after a couple of hours, once she was sure she liked him. Even though he wore a tight sweater that showed off his pectorals, it took a couple of hours. Josh and Emily complement each other well--she is very tidy, he is very not. She is very timely, he is very not. Josh is quick to find balance when Emily flies off into the extremes of black and white thinking. What do they have in common? They are both happiest when outdoors, engaged in creative projects. They both value honesty, hard work, and laughing at oneself above all else. They both have big dreams of a self-sustaining homestead and expanding their family surrounded by a tight-knit community. They would be honored and delighted to have you be a part of their nuptials.
