Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest," then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you. Due to COVID-19, we need to follow CDC guidelines, which includes a restricted guest count. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Although we we wish the little ones could attend, this will be an adults-only affair.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Suits and cocktail dresses are recommended. Tuxes are optional

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We have rooms blocked out at The Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark. You may mention the Rhodes-Ruppert wedding when booking. If you are reserving under the wedding block, reservations must be made by March 31, 2021.

Can I take/post photos and videos?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that during our ceremony your phone/camera is turned off. We have hired a fantastic team of photographers and videographers to capture this time. We promise to share everything with you all! During the reception, we encourage you to take all the photos you'd like.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes, we will have trolleys picking up from the Hilton to the ceremony. After the ceremony, trolleys will transport back to the Hilton. They will pick up from the Hilton to the reception.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is parking options available at the hotel, church and reception.
