Where should we stay?

We’ve reserved room blocks at two hotels for our guests. The Holiday Inn Express in Tonawanda is about 15 minutes from the venue and offers a special group rate when you book using the code RSW. Reservations can be made online at www.hiexpress.com/tonawandany and the deadline to book at the group rate is May 26, 2026. The Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER is located in downtown Buffalo, about 25 minutes from the venue. The last day to book at the discounted rate is Friday, May 15, 2026. We recommend booking early, as rooms may fill up quickly.
