Greek Stuffed Chicken
Corvina (white fish) with Citrus Relish
Carrot Short Rib (vegan/vegetarian option)
All dinner options will be served with caramelized shallot mashed potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts with asiago, shaved onions, and a pomegranate reduction.
