Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle bus will leave from the Holiday Inn Express to the Antrim on Saturday at 315pm. We will have shuttles returning throughout the night.

What if there is ***winter weather***?!

Answer

Maryland has not seen a white Christmas since 2002, when Emily was 12 and we got a whopping 2 inches of snow. Late December is likely to be in the 40's or even 50's! However, anything is possible! We will keep an eye on the forecast and inform our guests ASAP in the extremely unlikely event we need to adjust plans for weather. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors, and we will have a place for you to leave your winter weather attire during the event!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

See the main event page for more specifics, but there will be a casual happy hour in Gettysburg on Friday the 27th. On the day of the wedding, we'll stick around the Antrim post-reception for an after party! We also plan to watch the Ravens-Steelers game on Sunday the 29th--let us know if you are interested in witnessing our first fight as a married couple and we will provide more details on when and where to gather!
