What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal — suits or dress shirts for gentlemen, and cocktail dresses or elegant attire for ladies.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to be seated.

Where should I park?

Answer

Although parking will be available at Prairie Ranch Kennels, it is limited. A shuttle service will run from the hotels beginning at 2:15 pm to allow for prompt arrival at the ceremony. The shuttle service will then resume after dinner at 8:00pm with hourly trips to each hotel. Shuttle service will end at midnight.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors.

Is there a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, guests are invited to enjoy a cocktail hour following the ceremony, with light refreshments, bar service, music, and lawn games.
