Maid of Honor
Emily and Yasmine first met while working at KPMG in 2015. Their best-friendship was built through long work nights that involved a gross amount of mozzarella sticks (truly cannot emphasize enough how gross it was), scream-singing K-Ci and JoJo, disappearing for Dunkin' runs, and Emily hiding in Yasmine's cubicle to avoid her managers and vice versa. Beyond having so much fun, their best-friendship was further built on having each others' backs in the really hard times and the really happy times too. If you hear cackling and snorty laughter approaching, it's most likely them.
Bridesmaid
Glendy was the youngest child of the Lin family until 1990 when Emily dethroned her for the title. As upset as Glen was by the arrival of this snotty and chubby baby, she grew to love her and ended up spoiling her the most out of everyone… and dropped her on her head… and convinced her that Mom adopted her at Kmart.
Bridesmaid
Jen is Emily's eldest sister and was constantly dragged around by her littlest sister to go to the local park so they could play. Jen was like another mom to Emily when she was growing up. Now, rather than chasing around Emily, she is chasing around her two beautiful girls, Sabrina and Keira.
Best Man
“Duuuuude…. Car bomb?” were the first words that started this lasting relationship between Ian and Jesse back in 2010. Ian has become Jesse’s companion through his support by Jesse’s side during many triathlons, finance 301, and ski trips. It was difficult to find the two not together running around NYC or out figuring out how avalanches work. What first started as a fraternity brotherhood became a true brotherhood bond as the two spent the next 14 years traveling, eating, and sharing life together.
Groomsman
Andrew and Jesse met in 2010 over a hookah session in the infamous University Crossings apt 820. That’s where Jesse and Andrew bonded over their majors of biomedical engineering (which would lead to Andrew carrying Jesse through college). Many nights in the library together helped the two become closer…. but the real bond started when Andrew learned and shamed Jesse that his dream car was a Nissan GTR. What started as a bond over cars grew quickly as the two began taking more ski trips and traveling together often in much more romantic ways than anything that Jesse and Emily have done. Though they are now a few extra miles apart the ski trips have continued as yearly pilgrimages together to the pray to the snow gods, and the two of them have continued to strengthen their friendship on every cold and windy chair lift.
