Yes! Kids are welcome, but we ask you to please keep an eye on them. We love kids, but we do not want to hear screaming or whining during our ceremony. We are renting out the venue and do not want anything to be broken and/or your kids to end up hurt. There is a park next to the venue that you can take your kids to, but the venue does not own it, so we cannot put any yard games out there. There will be yard games out in the yard of the venue.
Please be RSVPed by the end of March 2026, so we can figure out how much food and treats we need, and how many chairs we need for the ceremony and reception dinner.
Our ceremony will start @ 2 pm, and we ask you to please be about 15-20 minutes early to find your seats and mingle before the ceremony starts. There will not be assigned seats other than the first two rows for immediate family. You can be earlier than 15-20 minutes, but please do not seek out the wedding party as they will be very busy making our day perfect.
There is a lenient but required dress code. We would love it if everyone dressed in "garden party" attire. This includes spring and summery colors (light or pastel), florals, sundresses, comfortable shoes, sunhats, linen suits, or business casual suits. Please no jeans. You can message Emily for more details on colors/ideas.
You can bring a plus one as long as you let the couple know who it is. The venue is on the smaller side, so we have limited space and need to make sure that everyone who the couple wants to come has spots before bringing in plus ones.
There is limited parking at the venue, but we will make it work as it depends on how many carpools.
The couple will allow certain guests to use their cars for transportation, and other guests will help with transportation if need be. There is Uber and other transportation options, but since Pocatello is smaller, there aren't many available.
As we get closer to the wedding, we might plan an event for everyone visiting, but as of right now, there are none.
