We're gettin' hitched!

We met in Paleontology class at MTSU in August of 2010. He purposely sat next to me, but rarely managed to stay awake through lectures, which gave him a convenient excuse to ask for my notes. After lots of kindergarten-level flirting (he literally put Capri Sun straws in my boots), we finally went on our first date in December. We casually dated for 8 months, knowing I was moving to Iceland to study abroad the following August. After being separated by the Atlantic Ocean for a couple months, we finally realized we missed each other and decided to make it official in November of 2011. We've since followed our hearts, jobs, school, and each other around Tennessee, North Georgia, and Arizona. We don't know where life will take us next, but we're thrilled to be figuring it out together.
