When and how should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 18th by mailing in the RSVP card sent with your invitation.

Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be completely indoors!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The church has street parking as well as a large lot. The reception venue also has a large lot for parking. All parking is free for guests!

Have you reserved a block of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn Hadley-Amherst Area. Please refer to our travel page for the link and code to book!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have the Union Station Trolley available to and from the hotel in 30 minute intervals before and after the reception.

Why is there a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Due to scheduling limitations with the church, our ceremony has to be earlier in the day. This also allows us plenty of time to travel in between locations and have a smooth transition.

What should we do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Due to the gap we recommend checking into the hotel (if you booked a room) during this time. You can then grab a ride from the trolley back to the venue! There are also tons of local spots to also grab a drink as well in the area!
