Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 1 so we can have an accurate headcount! If we have not received an RSVP by this time, we will assume your absence.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless explicitly stated on your invitation. When you RSVP, you'll be able to see the names of the guests included in your party. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We absolutely adore your children! However, due to limited space, we may not be able to accommodate everyone’s little ones. Please check the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we’re able to include your children. If we’re unable to invite them, we hope you’ll see this as a wonderful opportunity for a date night and enjoy the evening with us! If we can accommodate your children, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the photographer and special events throughout the day. We invite you to sit near the back for the ceremony if you and your little ones need to make a quick exit. We’ll have fun activities to keep them entertained while they wait for their food and festivities! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to the bride. We look forward to celebrating with you!

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand to park and find your seat! Emily does not want you walking down the aisle at the same time that she is:).

Where should I park?

Answer

Just south of the brick Coppes Commons building (across East Jackson Street) is a gravel parking lot with a small sign labeled "Event Parking". Additionally, there is a small parking lot west of the building, accessed from East Jackson Street. We ask that if you are physically able to walk longer distances, you park in these lots first. Once all of these spots are taken, please park in the main lot (east of the building).

What should I wear?

Dress to impress: treat this night as your excuse to get dressed up in your best semi-formal attire and have fun!

Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors on the second floor of Coppes Commons.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be no alcohol served at the ceremony, social hour, or reception. It is NOT permitted at the venue; therefore, refrain from bringing your own. Water, lemonade, and coffee will be available for your enjoyment!

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

We have a social hour planned from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., featuring snacks and activities for everyone to enjoy. This time also allows the wedding party to take their pictures.
