Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! That being said- we will not be providing childcare at the wedding, so please plan accordingly!

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets on our wedding day! Big Burt will be roaming around all evening and can't wait to see you!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If your invite says your partners name or "and Guest" then YES. If you have someone special you would like to bring don't hesitate to reach out to us at 212-851-6881 and we can talk it over! :)

What precautions will you be taking in response to COVID?

* Masks will be Required for all guests over the age of 8. * We understand the ease of testing for COVID-19 is different for everyone. If it is possible for you to be tested before attending, please do. * Our social distancing plan respects the 6-foot recommendation and family - friend units. You will have the same chair designated for the ceremony and the reception.

Can you tell me more about the venue?

Answer

* Running Mare is primarily an outdoor venue. * The ceremony is lakeside with seating in single chairs on the grass. * We will be implementing a social distance seating plan. You will be seated with who you attend with 6 feet away from other guests. Chairs at the ceremony will be spaced 6 feet apart and you will then carry that chair to your assigned table at the reception. If you are comfortable sitting with another family or individual who is not in your immediate family- please let us know. * The reception is inside-outside. The structure is open on four sides and has a vaulted roof. In the event of inclement weather the ceremony will also take place in this open air structure. * Restrooms are located in an upscale trailer professionally designed for events. Along with included ventilation, between visitors, the outside door will remain open. An attendant will clean the restrooms following each guest.
