Our entire event will take place on the second floor of the hotel.  Guests should begin arriving at 4:00pm for an outdoor ceremony on the terrace.  We have an alternate space reserved on the first floor if the weather does not permit this.  The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm and immediately be followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing!
