Hi All! This is where we have our hotel block for rooms on both Friday and Saturday Evenings. Additionally, the hotel will be providing a complimentary shuttle between the venue and the hotel on Saturday during the day and following the reception. If you have any issues, feel free to contact myself or Jake! FYI: All hotel rooms must be booked no later than 6/9/2023 to receive the ESW group rate discount.

Elite Coach will be providing a 40 person shuttle doing two trips to the venue and two trips home following the reception. The shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn Express and Suites on 810 Highlands Meadows Drive Washington, PA 15301. Please do not wait for the second shuttle as capacity may be limited. Shuttle Departing: 1:40pm & 2:30pm Shuttle Returning: 9:50pm & 10:45pm
