Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Trolleys will pick up and drop off at the hotel(s) and After Party. Locations will be shared later. Please RSVP if you'd like to utilize the transportation so we can be sure to accommodate everyone. Due to the location of the venue we don't recommend using Uber/Lyft.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that guests dress in black-tie or formal attire for our special day. For gentlemen, this means a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie. For ladies, we ask for a formal, floor length dress. The wedding party will be in tuxedos and gowns.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:30pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore children, we’ve decided to make our celebration an adults-only event. We hope this allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy the evening. We truly appreciate your understanding and are grateful for your support in making our day unforgettable.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

All hotel room blocks and hotel recommendations are listed under the travel section. In addition to the hotel suggestions, there are many Airbnb/VRBO options in Charleston and surrounding areas. A great neighborhood is the Cannonborough/Elliotborough area which is typically walkable to King Street and will be close to events for the weekend.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but our venue has limited space. To ensure we can include our closest family and friends, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
