Is there a dress code?

Cocktail with Flair: Wear any length festive party dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Be mindful of your heel selection as the ceremony will take place on the grass.

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception venues?

There is parking at both Stoney Clove and Phoenicia Diner! We recommend that you carpool if you are with a group.

Is there transportation available between the venues and hotels?

Answer

Uber and taxi service is limited in the region. We highly encourage people to carpool and designate a responsible driver for the night.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please refer to our travel page for lodging recommendations. Kingston is the largest town and will provide more late night food, grocery, and hotel options. There is a great selection of lodges and airbnbs as you get closer to Hunter mountain. Services will become more limited, but still charming. Choose what feels right for you!
