Weekend Schedule

Thursday Chill Out

4:00 pm

Emily and Ingvar will be checking into the cottages on this day ahead of the wedding weekend! There is no set plan in place but we are most likely going to grab a pub tea, chill out and have some drinks and games night at the cottages.

Friday - Nature Walk and Farm Yard Ales

11:00 am - 9:00 pm

Emily and Ingvar will be around this day and would love whoever can to join us for the day/evening! The plan is still loose but the idea currently... Morning Explore the area via the nature trail loop which covers 2.5 miles across the site. There are three large ponds on the site which we can wild swim in if we are feeling brave or alternatively the venue is located on the sea wall on the salt marshes of Morecambe Bay, with expansive views out to the horizon with plenty of coastal walks taking us past the Plover Scar Lighthouse and architectural ruins. Evening We will arrange taxis to take us to and from the accommodation to Farm Yard Ales (15 mins away) where we will have a few pints in the taproom and some streetfood.

Emily & Ingvar Wedding Celebration

1:30 pm - 11:45 pm

Its party time! The day will be mainly going with the flow with plenty of beers, music and good food! Here is the loose order of the day... 1:30pm - Arrive at the venue 2pm - Welcome drinks and outdoor games (weather permitting) 3:30pm - Speeches 4:30pm - Food (we will be intouch with food options) 5:30pm - Irish band 7:30pm - More partying 11.30pm - Finish up in the barn but can continue to party if we are up for it in one of the cottages
