You’ll need to apply in person at a U.S. Post Office, library, or another passport acceptance facility such as USPS. Bring proof of citizenship (like a birth certificate), a government-issued photo ID, a passport photo, and payment. First-time passports can take a few months to process, so apply early! You can find locations, forms, and current processing times at travel.state.gov
Our wedding is formal, black-tie optional
Due to the intimate atmosphere of our wedding and boat capacity size, we will not be allowing plus-ones. All members of your party will be listed on the envelope of your invitation
While we love and adore the little ones in your lives, our wedding will be an adult-only occasion. If you need assistance should you need childcare while in the Netherlands please reach out to us directly
The ceremony and dinner are planned be held outdoors, but may be subject to change due to The Netherlands typical weather patterns of light rains. May is a slightly cooler month in Amsterdam, with daytime temperatures typically between 55-70 degrees
The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, but we invite guests to arrive at 3:00pm for a welcoming coffee & tea
We request that no phones be present during the ceremony, preferably fully powered off. We would love to see our loved ones faces rather than an iPhone while we stand at the altar! Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to take as many pictures or videos as you would like
Please reach out if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. Our dinner will be a chef prepared menu, and we will inform them of any restrictions so that we can coordinate an alternative dish for you
