Shuttle

Shuttle Service from Black Fox Lodge and Smoky Mountain Ziplines

July 30, 2022 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Our wedding venue is located at the top of a mountain that can only be located by traveling up a two-way, single lane road. Because of this, the venue requires all guests to be shuttled up to the wedding. The shuttle schedule will be as follows: 2:15pm - Black Fox Lodge – 10-14 guests 2:45pm - Black Fox Lodge – 10-14 guests 3:05pm - Smoky Mtn Zipline 509 Mill Creek Rd – 10-14 guests 3:20pm - Smoky Mtn Zipline – 10-14 guests 3:35pm - Smoky Mtn Zipline – 10-14 guests 3:50pm - Smoky Mtn Zipline – Last guest run prior to ceremony For returns to your car, the shuttle will remain on site throughout the evening. Starting at 10:00pm, shuttles will begin full loads only. Guests staying at the Black Fox Lodge, please sign up for a shuttle pick up time upon checking in!

There are a lot of great accommodations in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge ranging from hotels and resorts to cabins and campgrounds in and surrounding the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Flight

McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) - Knoxville, TN

Knoxville is the closest airport to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. It is about an hour away from the venue and runs flights on Delta, American Airlines, United Airlines, Allegiant Air, and Frontier Airlines. There are many non-stop direct flight options from several major cities including Atlanta and Minneapolis/St. Paul. Note: If you choose to fly, expect to rent a car, coordinate with others who drive in, or take a taxi/Uber to reach Gatlinburg.
