We hope you’ll join us for a whole weekend of celebration, reconnection, and relaxation. It’s going to be a good one!
I (Emily) have family on the island and grew up spending my summers on the beach, digging for clams and goeyducks with my cousins and braiding seaweed into my younger brother's hair (sorry Johnny). Later, my parents bought a place on the island and it quickly became a second home to me (and eventually Graeme) – a respite from the city, a place I could garden and run. During the height of the pandemic, Graeme and I road tripped from Colorado out to Washington for what we thought would be 2 weeks but ultimately ended up being 3 months, with my parents! We spent our days stand up paddle boarding, cold plunging, trail running, watching sunsets from around the campfire, and eating (too many) local berry pies. This past April Graeme proposed to me on a bluff at Ebby's landing, a few minutes from where we will be getting married. Needless to say, we think it's pretty special and we hope you do too!
