Yes! The Moon Palace is an all-inclusive family-friendly resort. We recommend having some small bills on you for tipping the staff, but all food & beverages are included. Any off-site excursions will be at an additional cost.

Our wedding ceremony and reception is Saturday, March 20th and we anticipate most people staying Mar 17-21, but feel free to stay as long as you want! Our room rate can be applied to your stay March 17th to March 23rd, and requires a 3 night reservation to utilize the room rate.
Absolutely! When booking through our link, airport transportation is complementary. When you exit the Cancun airport, you will see a whole area full of resort shuttles - look for The Palace Company signs!
RESORT: Resort Casual RESTAURANTS (DINNER): Resort Smart Casual Long pants or tailored shorts. Gentlemen must wear shirts with sleeves. There is no beachware, logo t-shirts, any sportsware, loungware or hats. No flipflops, water shoes, trainers/sneakers, or barefeet are allowed. WELCOME PARTY & WEDDING: Resort Cocktail Attire Polished but comfortable for a tropical setting. Women can wear cocktail dresses, flowy midi/maxi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. Men can wear dress shirts with slacks or lightweight linen or linen-blend suits—ties optional. Please avoid beachwear, shorts, and flip-flops.
All wedding events will take place at The Grand and is where the couple will be staying. There is shuttle service from the other properties (Nizuc + Sunrise) to the Grand, which operate frequently and is only a 7-10 min ride. Nizuc and Sunrise are priced at a more affordable rate than the Grand and there is a daily resort fee to access The Grand if staying at the other properties. There are booking links at a fixed rate for the Grand and Nizuc in the Travel + Booking tab. There is no fixed rate available for Sunrise.

There is a very helpful app that you can download upon checking in called Palace Resorts. This is where you can view all services of the resort i.e. make reservations at any of the restaurants, order room service, receive help from the concierge, etc.
