Does it cost money to book the room now?
Answer
No! IT IS FREE TO BOOK/RESERVE YOUR ROOM. They will ask for card info when you reserve your room, but They will not charge your card until 5-30 days prior to your stay! Free cancellation and no penalties up to 24 hours prior to your booking.

How long do I have to use the promo/ discount code?
Answer
The Booking Window lasts from now until December 16, 2026 (90 days before the wedding!) So you can book any time between now and then. Any date after that window will not have the discount applied.

Who can I bring with me?
Answer
This invite isn't just for you- it is for your family too! (if you'd like!) All we need to know is who you plan to attend the ceremony and reception with you- so we ensure you have a seat and a plate:) This is an all-inclusive family resort. There are things for the kids to do and places to hang out; they also have childcare within the resort.

his is an all-inclusive family resort. This means all drinks and food are included- just bring tipping money if you'd like! (Bartenders, servers, room service, housekeeping) OR bring money if you plan to do excursions provided by the resort!

How do I book my flight?
Answer
we listed options under the "travel" page to show you an option leaving from Elmira, from Philadelphia, JFK, or Syracuse under our Travel section when the time comes! THE CHEAPEST TIME TO BOOK FOR THIS IS NOVEMBER- JANUARY (1-3 months before departure)! As of right now, most flights we see are around 400-800 round trip per person (depending on airline- just to give you an idea!

What do I wear to the wedding?

Beach formal :) Elegant, celebratory attire that is adapted for coastal setting- lightweight breathable fabrics like linen for men's suits, and comfortable footwear like wedges or dressy sandals! We kindly encourage you to wear the seaside celebration beach-inspired colors listed- embrace the soothing and refreshing tones of the sand, beach, and sun! Dress code listed under the "Gallery" tab!

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Airport transportation from Cancun airport to Finest is included in your booking! (when booking 3 nights or more) This is round trip- so they will pick you up from the airport when you arrive AND take you to the airport the day you plan to leave. The transportation contact for Seasons will be listed on the bottom of your booking confirmation :) https://freetransfer.seasonstours.com you can reserve this at any time after you book your flight (flight # required)

Is there an after party?

The sports bar on the resort (named LEGENDS!) is open until midnight Glow Cocktail Lounge is open until 1 am! There are also few bars outside that stay open late for wedding groups Most bars on the resort close between 11-midnight Most food places on the resort close at 11pm- I have seen wedding guests in the past pre-book room service to their room for 11 so you have a snack for later :)
