(Wedding Day) For Those Driving

For those driving directly to the venue, there is parking onsite, right by the “The Stable at Bluemont Vineyard.” There is gravel parking directly behind and grass parking on the right-hand side. Directional signage is also posted around the driveway leading up to “The Stable.” All guest vehicles must be off the property by 11:00pm. Any vehicles left overnight are at risk of being towed.

(Wedding Day) For Those on the Bus

There will be two bus shuttles transporting guests to and from the wedding hotel and the venue. Please feel free to ride either shuttle. Please be aware that it is a 45 minute drive from the hotel to the wedding venue. Both shuttles will be arriving at the Embassy Suites at 3:15pm and will be departing promptly at 3:30pm. The shuttles are on a tight schedule trying to beat Friday rush hour traffic and must leave on time. Both shuttles will return to The Stable at approximately 10:30 pm to take guests back to the Embassy Suites at the conclusion of the wedding reception. You will be responsible for finding your own way back to the Embassy Suites if you choose not to take a shuttle back to the hotel or to the afterparty.
