A shuttle will be running every 30 minutes from the hotel (listed above!) to the wedding venue before the start of the ceremony and a couple times during the reception for your convenience. Ceremony Shuttle: Shuttle will depart hotel at 5 and 5:30pm

From the Reception to Embassy Suites

September 28, 2024 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

A shuttle will run a few times during the reception to accommodate all guests. There will be one shuttle departing the venue at 9pm and another at 11pm so please use as needed.

Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

Dallas has a couple major airports, but Dallas Love Field (DAL) is just a couple minutes from the hotel and close to the celebration venue. Another bonus, the Embassy Suites has a complementary shuttle to get you there and back with ease!
