Way back when in 9th grade at Key West High School in science class is where Frankie and Emily first met. They had never met before for the fact that they went to separate elementary and middle schools. Once they did meet, Frankie knew he had to have her as his girlfriend. There was only one problem: Emily was dating someone else. However, after years of chasing after the girl of his dreams, Emily finally gave Frankie an opportunity. On Frankie's 17th birthday, after a friends and family dinner at Grim's Grill, Emily hopped in the car with Frankie on the way to work on the homecoming float, and that's where Emily told Frankie she wanted to give him a chance, and that's all Frankie needed and wanted to hear. Five days later on October 27th, 2009 in front of Frankie's house is where he would ask Emily to officially be his girlfriend and the rest is history.

After 9 plus years, it was FINALLY time for Frankie to ask Emily to be his bride. After much consideration and deliberation, Frankie thought that it only seemed right to incorporate Chance, Emily's horse, into the proposal. On Sunday October 27th, 2019, the beautiful couple's 10th anniversary of dating and with Chance sporting a brand new red halter with the words "Emily - Will you marry me?" in black, Frankie got down on one knee next to Emily's beloved horse and echoed the question stitched into Chance's halter. And of course, she said yes to the man she fell in love all those years ago.
