Dalessandro's Steaks and Hoagies
Our absolute favorite spot for this classic Philly dish. The store itself is small (standing room inside and picnic tables outside), cash-only, and rarely is without a line, but in our opinion is very much worth it. Dalessandro's is about a 20 minute drive from our wedding location.
Philadelphia
See historic sites in Old City, shop on Walnut and Chestnut Streets, or eat at one of the many center city restaurants- we love Gran Caffe L'Aquila for gelato and espresso. Downtown Philadelphia is about a 30 minute drive from our wedding location.
Valley Forge National Historical Park
This Revolutionary War site covers 3,500 beautiful acres of fields and woodlands. Visitors can take a trolley tour, or tune in to the park's guided AM station and drive at their own pace, stopping at monuments and historical structures.
