Lake Louise - Tea House Hike (Drive from Banff: ~45 minutes) - Lake Agnes Tea House: ~2–3 hours round trip - Plain of Six Glaciers Tea House: ~3–4 hours round trip Johnston Canyon (Drive from Banff: ~25 minutes) -> 1–2 hours round trip (longer if continuing to Upper Falls) Note: Parking in Banff National Park will require that you have a park pass, but it's a very reasonable price. Another option is taking a shuttle, which is the safest option since it is very unlikely to find parking.
Stroll Banff Avenue for shops, galleries, and mountain views Banff Springs Hotel – iconic “Castle in the Rockies” (even just walking around is worth it) Bow Falls – a short walk or quick drive near the Banff Springs Hotel
Ride the Banff Gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain for breathtaking panoramic views over Banff and the Bow Valley. For hikers: the Sulphur Mountain trail is also hikeable (about 2–3 hours up, one way).
One must-see is West Edmonton Mall, which is the the second-largest mall in North America. With indoor amusement parks, a massive waterpark, shopping, dining, and attractions for all ages, it’s the perfect place to spend a few hours (or the whole day).
