What is the dress code?

Spring cocktail attire - Colour encouraged PSA for the ladies: the venue is mainly outdoors and we would hate for you to ruin your stilettos in the grass!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only with the exception of a few close family members. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a date?

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Transportation is not provided. We recommend calling Kely's Taxi company based in Wetaskiwin to ensure there will be a driver available to take you to and from the wedding. Kely's Taxi: 780-335-5551

There is ample parking space at the venue. All vehicles must be removed from the lot by 12:00am.

Will there be a cash bar?

We are having a toonie bar! Drink tickets can be purchased for two dollars per ticket during cocktail hour and the reception. Please bring cash as there are no debit or credit machines!

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with exact numbers by a certain date so please don't RSVP late!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to make sure you are seated.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins we ask that all phones and cameras be put away. We have an incredible photographer and we will happily share ceremony photos with you after the wedding. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many photos as you like and don't forget to share them with us!

The ceremony will be held outside, and the reception will be an indoor/outdoor mix.
