May I bring a plus one? May I bring my kids?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate children beyond immediate family and those involved in the ceremony. All guests invited will be printed on the save the date or invitation. If you have any questions or requests please contact Erik or Emily directly. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.

What is the wedding guest attire?
Answer
We ask guests to dress in formal or semi-formal attire. Expect warm weather in the mid 80's and 90's. We're excited to see everyone dressed up and ready to celebrate!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception being a mix of an indoor and outdoor celebration.

Will there be a shuttle service to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back. There is also Uber in the area.

What is the nearest airport for traveling guests?
Answer
Spokane International Airport , in Spokane, WA. It is about an hour and a half to the hotel block in Sandpoint, ID. Alternatively, for guests staying in Coeur d’Alene, ID, it is a 40 minute drive.

What is the shuttle schedule?
Answer
There will be two shuttle pick up times to take guests to the wedding venue. Hotels with shuttle service are the Cedar St. Hotel and Ruby Hotel Sandpoint. There will be three departure times after the wedding. Please be cognizant of timing and ensure you are ready to depart at the slotted times. Pickup #1: Cedar St. Hotel Bus Arrival 1:00 Departure 1:15 Hotel Ruby Sandpoint Bus Arrival 1:25 Departure 1:30 Pickup #2: Hotel Ruby Sandpoint Bus Arrival 2:10 Departure 2:25 The shuttle will be taking guests back to the hotels between 9:00 and 11:00.
