Flight
Travel to/from Philadelphia International Airport is most easily done with a short Uber/Lyft. You can also take the Regional Rail Airport Line to/from Jefferson Station, but expect a decent walk between the station and your accommodation. Also check the schedule ahead of time, as trains run ~every 30 minutes.
Train
30th Street Station in West Philadelphia is served by Amtrak, and those arriving by train can either take an Uber/Lyft to their accommodations, or can easily connect to the subway.
