can i bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your formal invitation. For example, your envelope would list “(your name) & guest.” For families, it will list “(your name) & Family”. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

how and when should i rsvp?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "Will Attend" or "Will Not Attend". Please RSVP by Nov 10th, 2024. If you are having any difficulties, feel free to call the groom or bride and confirm through them.

what do i do if i am late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 2:30pm. We recommend guest arrive between 2:00-2:15pm so there’s time to mingle and find a seat. If you arrive after 2:15pm please avoid the front doors and use the side doors of the church for entrance.

how does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow the family to have the first two aisle. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guest are sat with those they know.

if i am coming from out of town, where should i stay?

Answer

Once the RSVP is received, we will follow up with you individually with more information.

what is the guest attire?

Answer

Formal - Black Tie Optional. Ladies: Floor-Length or Cocktail Dresses Gentlemen: Tux, Suit, or Western Suit

any colors we should avoid?

Answer

Due to our color scheme, please avoid white, ivory, and tan. This is for both ladies and gentlemen. No shades of blue for dresses. No jeans. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.
